Operator, scope and acceptance
Unspecified is operated by NEW GAME, a French société par actions simplifiée with share capital of €2, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 105 490 080, with its registered office at 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. OPEN WORLD is its corporate president. The service provider under these terms is NEW GAME.
These terms govern access to the platform and its AI creation tools. The acceptable use policy supplements the rules on content and conduct. Any paid order is also subject to the sales terms and the specific offer accepted when ordering.
Signup is open and free. New accounts start with zero generation credits; subscriptions and credit purchases are governed by the sales terms and the offer accepted at checkout. Promotional allowances previously granted to invited users remain subject to their original conditions and have no cash value. Reading this page does not itself constitute acceptance of a subscription, a paid order or these contractual terms. The applicable terms must be made available and accepted before account access is granted.
Eligibility and account security
Access to the creation tools is intended for people aged 18 or over who have legal capacity to contract. Anyone acting for an organisation must have authority to bind it. Information supplied to open or manage an account must be accurate and kept up to date.
Keep credentials confidential, use available security measures and report suspected unauthorised access to hello@unspecified.ai promptly. Do not lend, sell or share an account outside the permissions expressly granted for your offer. You are responsible for authorised users acting on your behalf; unauthorised activity is assessed according to its cause and each party's actual responsibilities, including the platform's security obligations.
No user may bypass access restrictions, quotas or security controls, create accounts to evade a restriction, or obtain access to another person's resources without permission.
AI tools and service operation
Unspecified provides tools to create text and generate or transform images and videos using artificial intelligence. The dedicated audio and music studio is coming soon. Available tools, models, formats, limits and technical requirements depend on the functionality actually made available to the user. A demonstration or illustration does not guarantee an identical result.
Features and models may evolve, encounter errors or be temporarily unavailable. NEW GAME takes reasonable steps to operate and secure the service and to inform affected users of material interruptions where practicable. These changes do not exclude obligations expressly agreed or mandatory legal guarantees.
An internet connection and compatible equipment and browser are required. Users should keep copies of important original files and exported results. This practical precaution does not transfer NEW GAME's own contractual storage or security responsibilities to users.
Materials you provide and third-party rights
You retain the rights you hold in prompts, reference images, videos and other materials you submit. Before submitting them, make sure you have the rights, licences and permissions necessary for their upload, processing by the service and its technical providers, transformation and intended subsequent use.
This obligation covers copyright and related rights, trademarks, image and voice rights, privacy, personal data and protected confidential information. The public availability of a photograph, video, brand or other material does not in itself permit its reuse. Do not submit personal data or confidential information when you cannot lawfully authorise the processing needed for your request.
Before using an identifiable person's image or voice, obtain the permissions required for the AI transformation and the intended context, audience and distribution. A general photography release does not necessarily authorise synthetic modification, voice imitation or advertising use. Keep appropriate evidence of your permissions. Consent does not make an otherwise unlawful use permissible.
Permission needed to process your materials
To carry out your requests, you grant NEW GAME a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, transmit and transform the materials you provide, and to make the resulting files available to you. This permission is limited to operating the requested service, securing it, dealing with incidents and complying with legal obligations. It extends to technical providers only to the extent necessary for those purposes.
It applies in the countries where the necessary technical processing takes place, subject to applicable data protection rules, and lasts only for the processing and retention periods justified by those purposes. It does not transfer ownership of your materials or grant NEW GAME a general right to publish them or use them in advertising.
These terms do not, by themselves, authorise a separate reuse of personal data to train models. Personal data processing, recipients, retention and international transfers are addressed in the privacy policy. Processing for a separate purpose requires its own lawful basis and appropriate information.
Generated results and human review
You choose the prompts and materials, decide which results to keep and determine how to use, modify, distribute or publish them. You must examine the result before each external use, including its accuracy, suitability, potential infringement of third-party rights and any disclosure required in context.
AI results may contain errors, unexpected similarities, biased or inappropriate elements, or material that cannot lawfully be used as intended. A successful generation, the absence of a filter warning or the ability to export a file does not amount to legal clearance or endorsement by NEW GAME.
To the extent of the rights NEW GAME holds and may lawfully grant, NEW GAME permits you to use results for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and any restrictions disclosed for the selected tool or offer before use. This permission does not grant third-party rights, guarantee exclusivity or guarantee that a result qualifies for intellectual property protection. Other users may obtain similar results.
Do not present a result as authentic evidence of an event or as a real statement or endorsement by a person when that is untrue. The service is not designed to replace qualified professional judgement or independently make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people.
Prohibited uses and AI transparency
You must comply with applicable law, third-party rights and the acceptable use policy. In particular, the following uses are prohibited:
- Sexual exploitation of minors; non-consensual intimate or sexualised content; identity impersonation; fraud; harassment; threats; defamation; incitement to hatred or violence.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, unlawful disclosure of personal data or secrets, and fabricated evidence, credentials or endorsements presented as genuine.
- Bypassing safeguards, attacking the service, introducing malware, unauthorised automated extraction, or using the service to compromise another account or system.
- Removing required provenance information or concealing AI generation or manipulation to deceive an audience.
Disclosing synthetic content
When you distribute AI-generated or manipulated images, audio or video that could be mistaken for authentic people, places, entities or events, provide the disclosures required by applicable law clearly and no later than the audience's first exposure. The specific rules for clearly artistic, creative, satirical or fictional works remain applicable.
Preserve required labels and provenance information when exporting, editing or publishing content. The context of publication may also require advertising, sponsorship or other disclosures. Your obligations as a user do not replace the technical marking, information or other legal obligations that apply directly to NEW GAME as a provider.
Reports, restrictions and suspension
Report suspected unlawful content, rights infringements or security incidents to hello@unspecified.ai. Include the location or reference of the content, the facts supporting your report and contact details for follow-up. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
NEW GAME may restrict a feature, remove access to content or suspend an account where a documented breach, a serious security or third-party rights risk, or a legal obligation warrants it. Measures are proportionate to the nature, seriousness and recurrence of the issue and are limited in scope and duration where possible.
Unless urgency, a legal restriction or the need to protect security prevents it, NEW GAME explains the grounds and allows the user to respond or remedy the breach. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent serious harm. A user may request a review through the contact address. These provisions do not restrict any mandatory notice, appeal, refund or judicial rights.
Each party's responsibilities
Each party is responsible for the breaches attributable to it. You are responsible in particular for the lawfulness of your input materials, your chosen instructions, the permissions you must obtain, your review of results and your decisions to use or publish them. NEW GAME remains responsible for its own legal and contractual obligations, including those concerning the service it provides.
NEW GAME does not promise a particular creative, commercial or financial outcome that has not been expressly agreed. A lack of creative success is distinguished from a failure to provide agreed functionality or a legally compliant service. The involvement of a technical provider does not automatically release NEW GAME from its obligations to its users.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer or non-professional rights, compensation due for NEW GAME's own breaches where such restriction is prohibited, liability for fraud or gross negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
Third-party claims involving business users
This section applies only to users acting for purposes of their professional business. It does not apply to consumers or non-professionals protected by mandatory consumer law.
A business user must compensate NEW GAME for the direct, reasonable and evidenced consequences of a third-party claim resulting from that user's proven breach of its obligations concerning materials or uses of the service. Any share attributable to NEW GAME or its providers is excluded. A mere allegation does not by itself establish the user's liability.
NEW GAME must notify the business user without undue delay, provide relevant information and allow the user to participate in the defence. Recoverable costs must be necessary and proportionate. No settlement imposing an obligation on the user may be accepted without its prior consent. This clause does not transfer penalties or liabilities whose transfer is prohibited by law.
Changes and the end of access
Users may stop using the platform and contact NEW GAME to request closure of their access. Paid subscriptions follow the cancellation terms in the sales terms and mandatory legal rules. Closing an account does not extinguish accrued rights or determine the retention of data that must lawfully be kept.
NEW GAME may update these terms to address changes to the service, security or the law. The version date identifies the text concerned. Material changes affecting an existing contractual access arrangement are notified before taking effect with reasonable notice, except where a mandatory legal or urgent security requirement requires otherwise. Where agreement is required, NEW GAME must obtain it. Publication alone does not retroactively change an order or create user consent.
If a feature or access programme ends, NEW GAME gives reasonable advance notice where practicable and an opportunity to retrieve available content, subject to security and legal restrictions. Contractual and mandatory rights concerning paid services remain applicable.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection afforded by the law of their habitual residence where that protection applies. Disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules; no exclusive Paris jurisdiction is imposed on consumers.

The French and English versions aim to provide equivalent information. In the event of an inconsistency, the version validly supplied and accepted for the contractual relationship applies, subject to mandatory rules protecting the user; this clause does not permit an ambiguity to be interpreted against a consumer.
