Getting startedHow do I get access?
Create an account with email or one of the sign-in options shown. Confirm your email if prompted, then open your private studio. New accounts start with 0 credits; add a plan or a credit pack when you’re ready to generate.
If you have a question about access, write to hello@unspecified.ai.
Getting startedWhere should I start?
Open the image studio, describe one clear idea, choose a model and a format, then generate. You can also start with a suggested idea and edit its prompt.
Try one variation first. Open the result, decide what to keep and change one part of the prompt for your next attempt.
Getting startedDo I need credits to create?
You can open an account and explore the studio without paying. New accounts start with 0 credits. Before generating, you see the estimated credit cost for your model and settings. Choose a plan or a one-time credit pack to start creating; there is no automatic purchase.
Promotional credit already granted to earlier access participants remains on their accounts, but is not automatically granted to new signups. Credits reserved for a request in progress are adjusted when it finishes. Deleting a creation does not restore spent credits.
Getting startedWhich creative tools are available?
The image and video studios are available to accounts with access. Some video models can generate sound or use an uploaded audio excerpt as a reference.
The Text studio includes individual answers, model comparison and Super Intelligence synthesis. A separate audio studio is not available yet. Availability of a model can change; use the choices currently offered in the studio.
ImagesHow do I write a useful image prompt?
Describe the subject, its action or pose, the setting, framing, light and visual style. For example: “A red bicycle outside a small café, side view, soft morning light, editorial photograph.”
Give the most important details first. If you want words inside the image, specify the exact text and check it in the result. Adding more instructions does not guarantee that every detail will be followed.
ImagesHow do I choose an image model?
Open the model selector and read the descriptions. Start with a suggested model that fits your goal, then compare a second model with the same prompt if you want a different interpretation.
Models have different reference, format, quality and resolution options. When you switch, check the settings and attachments again: an option available on one model may not be supported by another.
ImagesCan I use my own images as references?
Yes, with a compatible model. Use the image attachment control, drop a file into the composer or paste an image from your clipboard. PNG, JPEG and WebP are useful starting formats.
The studio prepares references for upload, which can reduce their dimensions or compress them. The accepted number depends on the model. Wait for import to finish and resolve any attachment warning before generating.
ImagesWhat do format, resolution, quality and variations change?
Format sets the image’s proportions: square, portrait or landscape. Resolution changes the requested dimensions; quality adjusts the generation setting on models that offer it. Variations ask for several results from one prompt.
Use the options displayed for the selected model. More variations or demanding settings can take longer and use more of your allowance. A large resolution does not guarantee that small details or text will be correct.
ImagesWhat if an image generation fails or only returns some images?
Read the message beside the request. It may ask you to adjust a prompt or reference, choose another model, wait for a running request or return after an allowance resets. Images that succeeded in a partial generation are kept.
If the connection was interrupted, use “Try again” on the existing request when offered to check its state first. Avoid starting several identical requests just because the result has not appeared yet.
Video & soundHow do I create my first video?
Open the video studio and describe a short scene: subject, action, setting and camera movement. Choose a model, then a duration, format and resolution from the available options. Add references if useful and generate.
The allowed duration and sound options depend on the model and reference mode. Start with a short, simple shot. A clip’s duration is different from the time needed to generate it.
Video & soundWhich files can guide a video?
Depending on the model, you can attach images, MP4 or MOV clips, and MP3 or WAV audio. Use the attachment control or drop compatible files into the composer. The studio shows the supported kinds, counts and limits.
Limits can apply to file size, dimensions, each clip’s duration and the combined duration of several references. Wait until every attachment is ready. If you change models, review compatibility messages before submitting.
Video & soundWhat is the difference between a reference and a first or last frame?
A general reference guides elements such as the subject, visual style or movement. A first frame specifies the image to animate from; a last frame, when supported, guides the ending.
Choose the appropriate role in the reference controls. General references and first/last-frame mode cannot be mixed in the same request. Frame mode may also determine the video’s proportions, so check the displayed format.
Video & soundHow do /image1, /video1 and /audio1 work?
On compatible models, these shortcuts identify an attached reference inside your prompt. Add the file first, then use its displayed label or the suggestions in the prompt field. For example: “Keep the character from /image1 and follow the movement in /video1.”
If a file is removed, check that the prompt no longer refers to it. Some models do not support individual mentions: describe the scene in ordinary language and keep the files attached as references.
Video & soundCan I choose a specific part of an audio track?
Yes, with a video model that accepts audio references. Add your audio file, move or resize the selection, listen to it, then choose “Use this excerpt”. The editor shows the remaining duration available for your audio references.
You can adjust the start and end times precisely. The allowed excerpt length depends on the model and on other audio already attached. A reference guides generation; it does not guarantee an exact soundtrack or perfect synchronisation.
Video & soundMy video is still running. Can I come back later?
A video request accepted by the service is processed asynchronously. You can return to the video studio to check its current state. Generation time varies with the model, settings, references and provider availability.
Before starting the same scene again, check the existing request in your history. If it fails, follow the displayed message. If it stays blocked, contact us with the model, approximate time and visible error; there is no guaranteed completion time.
LibraryWhere do I find my creations?
Your images are in the image studio and your videos in the video studio, under the same account. Open a card to see the full result, its prompt and available details. Older items can be reached by loading more of the library.
If something seems missing, check that you are in the right studio and account, and switch from “Favorites” back to “All”. If the history reports a loading error, try the proposed reload action.
LibraryHow do I download the original result?
Use the download action on a card or in its preview. It retrieves the stored original, rather than a screenshot or the lightweight thumbnail shown in the gallery. Videos download as MP4 files.
A temporary media link can expire. Reopen the creation from your signed-in library to get a current link. For an important project, keep your own downloaded copy.
LibraryHow do I save favourites and change the gallery size?
Use the heart on an image or video, then select “Favorites” to find saved items. Image favourites apply to the individual image, even if several images were generated together.
The thumbnail-size slider changes how large cards appear in the gallery. This display preference is remembered in your browser and does not change the dimensions or quality of the original files.
LibraryWhat is the difference between reusing settings and remixing?
“Reuse settings” brings a creation’s prompt and compatible settings back into the composer, with references when they can be restored. Review them and make your changes before generating; opening them does not launch a new generation.
For an image and a compatible model, “Remix this image” uses the selected result as a reference for the next attempt. It creates a new request and keeps the existing result until you delete it.
LibraryWhat happens when I delete a creation?
Check the confirmation carefully: an image action can concern one image or a whole creation. Removing one image leaves its siblings in place. Deletion does not reset your generation allowance, and the studio has no restore bin.
Removing a video from the library does not by itself erase every retained prompt, setting or uploaded reference. Removing an attachment from the editor is also different from erasing its stored source. For full personal-data erasure or account closure, write to hello@unspecified.ai.
LibraryAre my prompts and creations public?
Your personal library requires sign-in and uses private storage. Generating content still involves sending your prompt and chosen references to the AI providers needed to carry out the request.
Avoid sharing temporary download links if you want to keep a file private. Downloaded or published copies are outside the private library. Read the privacy policy before submitting personal, confidential or client information.
My accountI forgot my password. How do I get back in?
Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and enter the email address associated with your account. If a matching account exists, the recovery process sends a link to choose a new password. Check your spam folder as well.
Use the most recent link. If it has expired or is invalid, request another one. The new password must have at least eight characters and match its confirmation. Never send us your password or recovery link.
My accountWhy am I asked to sign in again? What if Google fails?
A session can expire or be removed when you clear browser data. Sign in again with the account that owns your creations. Signing out does not delete your library.
When the Google button is available, it is an alternative sign-in method. If it is unavailable, use your account’s email and password, or the password-recovery option where applicable.
My accountCan I publish or use a creation for work?
Check the terms applicable to your account and the selected model, as well as the rights in your inputs and intended use. An AI result does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights.
Before publishing, review the content, obtain any necessary permissions for images, voices, trademarks or other protected material, and apply any required disclosure that the content was generated or altered by AI. Our acceptable-use policy explains the uses that are prohibited.
My accountHow can I report a problem or ask for help?
Write to hello@unspecified.ai with the email address of your account, the studio concerned, the selected model, approximate time and the exact message displayed. Explain what you expected and what happened instead.
If useful, attach a screenshot with personal or confidential content hidden. Do not include passwords, sign-in tokens or temporary private download links. This contact also handles questions about access and personal-data requests.
